Third-Gen Nationals Debuts at Carlisle GM Event

Carlisle Events celebrated the 40th Anniversary of the 3rd Gens in 2022, and they’re back in 2023 with even more fanfare as part of the 2023 Carlisle GM Nationals. This gathering will be the ultimate showcase of not just 3rd Gen Camaros and Firebirds, but vendors, seminars, car clubs, activities and more… and it’s all happening June 23-24 at the Carlisle, PA Fairgrounds.

Home base for 3rd Gens will be in and around Building R. This building, located near Gate 2 on the west side of the facility, brings special display cars indoors as well as under tents, and on the Showfield itself outdoors. The dedicated 3rd Gen Showfield classes, which are anticipated to fill a few rows of the National Parts Depot Showfield, are currently open for discounted registration through May 23. Further, not far from the display and Showfield will be 3rd Gen-focused vendors, too.

Seminars with a 3rd Gen focus are in the works and 3rd Gen guests have been invited to Carlisle in 2023. Club leaders spanning the 3rd Gen Camaro and Firebird are actively working with Carlisle Events to bring the biggest and best gathering of these cars anywhere together for the first weekend of Summer.

Registration is now open. It doesn’t matter if you’re looking to show your 3rd Gen or be part of the automotive flea market as a 3rd Gen parts vendor, there are options for everyone.  Finally, if you don’t have a 3rd Gen but still want to come to look at the cars or do some parts shopping, discounted spectator admission tickets are available as well.

Gates open at 7 a.m. each day and kids 12 and under are admitted free.  Complete details about the 2023 Carlisle GM Nationals car show, including more detailed information on the 3rd Gen Nationals showcase, how to become a vendor within the automotive flea market, register for the NPD Showfield, other feature displays of the 2023 event, and more can be found at CarlisleEvents.com.
