In the next Automobiles sur les Champs sale, on Sunday October 16, 2022, Artcurial Motorcars will present an exceptional Lamborghini Miura S from 1969.
Belonging to the same collector for nearly 50 years, this Lamborghini Miura S is being offered with an estimate of €900,000 to €1,400,000 ($898,118 to $1,397,073).
Discovered in the Toulouse area, it must be one of the last Miuras to be in the hands of the same long-term owner. In this case, the car has been in the owner’s possession since 1974. This exceptional Lamborghini Miura S has covered just 52 000 km in its 53-year life. All the numbers (bonnet, boot, doors, chassis, engine) correspond to the numbers it had upon leaving the factory.
The P400 S remains the rarest of the three production versions, with just 140 examples built.
“What a thrill and a privilege to discover such a well-preserved and well-maintained automotive masterpiece, used so carefully and sparingly by its owner for nearly 50 years. Another fabulous discovery!” said Matthieu Lamoure, Managing Director, Artcurial Motorcars.
