Bonhams Amelia Island Auction Lot 221, 1957 Porsche 356A 1600 Speedster

Linkage Magazine is traveling to The Amelia Week this year, and we’re hoping you’ll drop by one of our booths if you’re out and about on Amelia Island, FL from March 2-6.

You can find us — and our booth — at the Bonhams Amelia Island Auction tent on March 2 and March 3. March 2 is Bonhams’ preview day, and we’ll be in our booth from 9 a.m. until the place shuts down.

We will be back in the booth at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 3, and we’ll be around until the auction ends. The auction starts at 10 a.m., and a wonderful lineup of cars will cross the block.

We’re eager to see how Lot 221, a 1957 Porsche 356A 1600 Speedster, fares on Friday. This is one of our favorite cars in the auction.

Come by our booth to chat, rest your weary feet or take advantage of our special Amelia Island subscription deal, which includes a free Linkage hat!

For more information on Bonhams’ Amelia Island Auction, including their digital catalog, visit https://www.bonhams.com/live_auctions/27329/

Bonhams’ Amelia Island Auction is located at the Fernandina Golf Club, 3990 Amelia Island Parkway 32034.

We’ll then move our booth to the exciting Werks Reunion Amelia Island on Friday, March 4. Werks Reunion, a Porsche Club of America event, is a wonderful day among the very best — and most interesting — Porsches.

People who are showing their Porsches begin showing up at the Amelia River Golf Club, 4477 Buccaneer Trail, Amelia Island, FL 32034, at 7 a.m. and judging begins at 9 am. The show ends at 3 p.m.

Spectator admission is free, but it costs $40 to park your car at the show. This is one of the best deals in the car collecting world.

Again, our booth will be there, and please stop by to talk cars or sign up — or renew — your Linkage subscription.

We’re always eager to get reader feedback on our magazine, so come by and bend our ears!

For more information on Werks Reunion Amelia Island, visit https://www.pca.org/events/werks-reunion-amelia-island-2022.

We’ll also be walking around, taking photos and reporting stories for Linkage 007, which comes out in early May, so look for us at all of the auctions, at The Amelia’s big Cars & Community festival on Saturday and at The Amelia Concours d’Elegance on Sunday.

We’re planning on having a great time, so please join us!
