The UK is making steady progress against the COVID-19 pandemic, but that progress isn’t going fast enough to have a big event at Goodwood in May.
So, the 78th Members’ Meeting is now scheduled for October 16-17, 2021.
The Goodwood Festival of Speed Presented by Mastercard is still scheduled for July 8-11, and the Goodwood Revival is still set for September 17-19.
“Even though it will not open the motorsport season in 2021, the 78th Members’ Meeting will provide a spectacular coda to the year’s racing,” said a Goodwood press release. “With a brand-new format for the Gerry Marshall Trophy, return of the incredible S.F. Edge Trophy, and some stunning demos, this year’s Members’ Meeting will be the best ever. Just in autumn, rather than spring.”
Tickets for the Members’ Meeting will carry over to the new October dates.
