Motorwerks 1000 is a free arcade-style classic and collector car themed video game built to complement the company’s all-new website. Motorwerks 1000 joins a growing number of special components there, including marketing and consulting services, nonprofit efforts, events and their Z260 series of classic car newsletters.
“For us, Motorwerks 1000 was a labor of love,” said Motorwerks President Darin Roberge. “As is often the case with enthusiasts surrounding the general age range of Motorwerks staff and principles, video games connected us with the cars that we dreamed about as kids and really provided an entryway to setting the standard for the passion (and the careers) that we have today. Whether it be with friends in front of a console or stuffing quarters into the machines down at the local pizza place, for many of us, this was really where it all started.
“With the launch of our new website, Motorwerks 1000 was an opportunity for us to do something really special and create something both nostalgic and memorable, while also allowing us to pay tribute to what inspired us and helped us get here.
