RM Sotheby’s has announced the online sale of The Garagista Collection, a selection of predominantly Ferrari car parts, automobilia, and accessories. The parts on offer range from items for 1930s-era Alfa Romeo 8Cs to modern-day Ferraris, many of which are extremely rare and hard to find on the open market.
Ferrari highlights include a brand-new Ferrari FXX engine, a complete Ferrari F50 exhaust system and a Ferrari 250 V12 engine. Also on offer is a pair of Ferrari 250 Tour de France cylinder heads, a deconstructed Dino engine, gearbox and associated parts, an alloy Ferrari 250 SWB front nose and a variety of new old stock Ferrari Challenge parts that are no longer available to purchase new.
Other lots included are a set of new 488 Pista carbon wheels with tires, NOS F40 seat foams and seat covers, a pair of original 288 GTO front seats, plus a myriad of manuals, books, toolkits and pieces of automobilia.
Non-Ferrari lots of note include a rare Mercedes-Benz 300SL Roadster hardtop and a Lamborghini DL25 tractor.
Offered without reserve, the week-long online sale will take place from March 22 to 29.
