A big piece of presidential motoring history will cross the block during Worldwide Auctioneers’ Auburn Auction during Labor Day Weekend.
A 1927 Packard Dual Windshield Phaeton that Franklin D. Roosevelt used on presidential tours — especially to visit Work Progress Administration job sites — will sell at no reserve during the the sale in Auburn, IN from September 1-3, 2022.
The Packard carries an older restoration, and the car still has the gun holsters in the doors for Roosevelt’s Secret Service security detail.
Worldwide is also offering a 2016 BMW M4 GTS with less than 500 miles on the clock.
This car is one of 830 made, and it is fitted with a twin-turbo inline 6-cylinder engine.
A 1966 Cadillac Eldorado convertible will also cross the block. Just 2,250 of these smooth-riding behemoths were built.
